Multistore Frequent Dining enables multiple member stores to access a single database of frequent diner customers at a remote location, such as a corporate headquarters. When a server searches for a member's account, the store's network accesses the headquarters database through the internet in real time. Frequent diner customers can earn and redeem rewards at any store in the chain. Servers can enroll new customers, issue reward points, and provide updated balance information at the POS. By storing frequent diner customer records in a central database, headquarters can generate a wide range of reports to analyze the effectiveness of each frequent diner plan and to monitor sales and possible buying trends.  Also, by using the Multistore Frequent Dining, there are no transaction costs involved because all of the data is stored and accessed at your corporate office.  There is no third party company that will charge you for this service.
